My son's dad has a record and so does his grandpa his brother has an open case against his spouse and their daughter. Can I use all of this against him to keep him away from my son after the DNA test?

Yes he has drug convictions and so does his father idk what the open case is about with his brother.

There is no way I want them around my son the only one I'd be willing to let see my son is his grandma

He doesn't believe he helped make my son hasn't told his parents about the baby or his new gf.

I asked if he wanted to meet to see our son who's two months old he said yes and never showed at the meeting place. He got mad at me because I went and waited for him.

I'd rather take care of my son alone but at my dad's urging filed for cs. The state has now picked it up and my son's dad refuses to give me his info so I can call foc in order to do the test.

1. He is on federal probation
2. He has been denying my son since I was pregnant
3. He called my phone while making a drug deal and left a vm
4. He told me to abort my son

Depending on the state you may be able to push for supervised visits and also depending where you are depends on how early they would even say he could take the baby anyway. Present all this info and court papers on charges since is open record at the cs court. And even if he is denying him and refusing about DNA they can push him with a legal claim or may terminate based on abandonment.

If it were me, I would go for supervised visitation. How old is the kid?
