What will you teach your kids?

Since some 46 states have adopted the common core standards. Cursive is no longer going to be taught in schools. Will you teach you're children how to read and write cursive? What will happen to the John Hancock when signing for loans or other documents?

Our schools still teach cursive, thank goodness.

I've often wondered about signatures as well.

I would still teach it if it wasn't taught. I feel that's a basic skill kids need.

I don't think you need cursive in today's world. I would rather my son take more computer classes

I guess then it would be smart to teach our kids how to sign their names. I don't see it as a huge deal.

Our schools are still teaching cursive.

I'm pretty sure my state is fighting common core standards.

I'm not sure if our schools teach it or not but if they don't then I will definitely teach them how to read and write in cursive.

Our school still teaches it as it should be taught. Thankfully states are starting to opt out of common core and I hope many more start to follow.
