How many of you thank a Veteran when you see one.  I do every time and the smile that goes accross their face  is priceless.

My grandfather was a Veteran, I have the flag  that he was given at his funeral, it was given to me after my grandma passed away. I married my husband when he was in the Marine Corps.  My brothers served in the military as well. I think that is great that you volunteer the way you do.  I have some friends that have sons hat are serving and I need to send them cards and pkgs.

I'm the daughter, sibling and spouse of veterans. I appreciate them everyday, all day.

No. How would you even know some random person is a veteran?
Even if I know why should I thank them?

I'm a wife, friend, (unofficially adopted) daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter of a Veteran. I appreciate what they, and all Veterans, have done..every single day.

Not I. It just doesn't come across my mind very often. When it does I will thank them.

I don't go up approaching people, but I am thankful.
