I walk at least a mile everyday, it helps a lot because I have a really bad sweet tooth and love my carbs which I won't ever give up. I also do daily crunches and squats in the morning which helps a lot. I try not to eat past 7 PM and if I get hungry after that I'll have a bowl of healthy cereal without any added sugar. I believe you can eat everything, the key is moderation and exercise. What do you do to stay in shape?
