What do you do to stay in shape? ***EDIT***

I walk at least a mile everyday, it helps a lot because I have a really bad sweet tooth and love my carbs which I won't ever give up. I also do daily crunches and squats in the morning which helps a lot. I try not to eat past 7 PM and if I get hungry after that I'll have a bowl of healthy cereal without any added sugar. I believe you can eat everything, the key is moderation and exercise. What do you do to stay in shape? 

***EDIT***To add to this post, how tall are you and how much do you weigh? If you lost weight, how much weight did you loose? If you want to loose weight, how much weight do you want to loose?

I work out 4-5 days a week. I do yoga early mornings. I walk everywhere really since I don't drive and I eat healthy. I can't do anything too intense because I'm pregnant but I enjoy working out. I also enjoy finding new workout videos to try on YouTube.

My shape is round, I maintain my shape with pizza and doughnuts.

I enjoy walking because I live on the beach which helps a lot and it gives me the chance to listen to music while staying in shape. Even after work when I'm exhausted and don't feel like doing anything, I sometimes have to force myself to walk and feel so much better after I do which the cardios have a lot to do with it which is very refreshing and healthy.
