......I will Google you and look you up on the popular social media sites.  If you are job searching, please clean up your social media sites to be somewhat employer friendly.

I have found out so much about prospective employees.


Profile picture of you smoking something that does NOT look like a cigarette (I past on that hire).
Status updates about drinking until you pass out (past)
More than one status update complaining about your current job (past)
Status update calling your supervisor names (past)
Look like a thug wannabee (past)
Look like a cheap hooker (past)

The list goes on and on....

The word you're looking for is passed. Past is when something happened.

Sorry English is not my first language, I started learning at 16  and it's my forth language.  I tend to have difficulties with present and past tense words.

No worries. I'm working on learning French and this masculine vs feminine stuff drives me bonkers, so I get it!

How many languages do you speak?   I started learning English at 16.    It at times can be embarrassing during public speaking events but I do think I do pretty well.
