Fun Halloween activity for tweens & young teens?

Our PTA is going to have a booth at a neighborhood Halloween street fair. We want to do something fun, aimed at middle school aged kids. We will probably charge a small fee (we almost have to if there are any costs involved).

My kid just started 6th grade, so I feel like I don't even know what kids this age like.

Any ideas?

Zombiefy yourself- get a lot of make up and some helpers, a lot of mirrors, and maybe a camera. You could raise money selling Polaroids.

The halloween fear factor where they put their hands into containers that have gross stuff in it resembling eyeballs and internal organs then they guess what it is.

Scary treats to buy, glow in the dark stuff?  Good luck.
