There exists some evidence that mothers’ cannabis use during pregnancy increases the risk of their children developing childhood cancers, including non-lymphoblastic leukaemia, rhabdomyosarcoma (a rare, highly malignant tumour that can occur anywhere in the body), and astrocytoma (a type of brain tumour).

There also exists some evidence that just about everything causes cancer. Mac and Cheese isn't even safe anymore.

There are also sources that say cannibus extract stops, reduces and can cure cancer.
