this is sad ⬆️ they are going to try him in adult court though danesmommy do you know anything about pa law can they do this?

No person under 21 should ever be tried as an adult. A person who is younger then 21 has a brain that isn't fully formed. Impulse control is lacking. That's why the juvenile system exists.

That's brutal. I saw the link yesterday, but didn't read it. Now that I have I'm not as disgusted with charging him.

I do think a pysch evaluation should be done.

Good. I don't care if the brain is fully developed or not... It's common knowledge to not beat people to death... Even at age 10
