From infidelity??

Do you ever really feel like you can trust that person again? Or do you just deal and cope?

Personally, I could not.
And I wouldn't try.

I couldn't,  which is why my first marriage ended.

Nope, trust is gone along with respect. I won't be in a relationship without both.

I couldn't. I know a woman who did though, and they still seem happy together 15ish years later.

Nope and not even willing to try.

Just read the posts here about all the lifelong trust issues.

Is it possible? Sure if both people are willing to seek help and the cheater is truly remorseful and willing to do whatever it takes, not just expect rug sweeping. The person cheater in also has to be willing to let it go and not continue to dwell forever.

Rarely is that possible.

Most people's idea is to just whisper sweet nothings, rug sweep and pretend it never happened until they can't, then explode and divorce.

Very few cheaters are truly remorseful. There is ZERO excuse for cheating. It isn't an accident. Someone whom lived you, purposefully committed a selfish act even though they new it would or could rip their family apart.

I doubt I could ever trust him again. Thankfully, I've never been in that situation.
