I love ramen and I put sambal oleek in mine.  I put spice in most of my food, as does my husband.

Of course being Canadian, we have poutine which I put spice on.

It's a crushed chili paste but not sweet.  It's made in Indonesia and Holland.

IVE used that I liken saracha but a little goes a long way. I bought a bottle of the chili paste put out by siracha it was good. my Bi used most of it he uses a lot more then I do.
