Did you vote?

I'm heading over after work. I'm really agonizing about my choices this go 'round, as no one stands out to me as the clear "right" choice. I describe myself as being financially conservative, socially liberal. My tagline is "I don't care what you do, I just don't want to pay for it."  I agree with one candidate on one matter, another on a different matter.

So how do you vote? Do you pick one issue and stick with the candidates that support your position? Do you vote for the party you are affiliated with no matter what?

We no longer have an American address, so we don't vote in local elections anymore (though while living in the states neither of us ever missed voting).  We do still vote in national elections since we are still citizens and crap over there still affects us.

We never miss an election here now.

I take my right to be part of the democratic process very seriously.

I always vote and just got back. While I never seem to be impressed completely with any candidate, I vote for the one who lines up as closely with what I believe to be right. That generally ends up being the Republican candidates...but, I don't vote a straight ticket.
