***UPDATE***
We're home the vet now. Chester's foot is broken. He's in a cast (my kids and my niece voted on the color) and they want us to keep him inside until the cast is off. He's sore but he's doing ok.

ORIGINAL POST

I tripped over our barn cat because I'm pregnant and I can't see my feet. Now he's limping on his front paw. I thought he could walk it off so I brought him inside and gave him some time but it has been four hours and now he won't even put pressure on it. I feel so guilty! We're on the way to the vet. I'll update when we know something. I'm such a horrible klutz!! His name is Chester BTW.

Cats are devious. As long as he limps he can be inside. Like a kid faking sick.

Poor kitty.  I'm glad you didn't fall and hurt yourself though!  Hope your kitty's foot is ok.

He doesn't like being inside. He got pneumonia once and I made him stay in and he kept fighting to get out.

Me too. I fell against the ladder and scraped my hand but its nothing that some peroxide and a band-aid won't cure. My husband thinks he was trying to rub against my legs or something and I didn't see him.

Don't feel bad, cats are assholes. He was probably trying to trip you on purpose.
