Poop. I'm pregnant and constipated. It's been a week. Is there anything I can eat or do?

Drink prune juice or ask your doc to give you something

Thanks. I'll have to try. I been drinking water, Gatorade, and iced tea. I have yet to make a bm.

Prunes (or prune juice) apple juice. Sorry hun, I hope it gets better soon! Thats the worse feeling in the world.

Stay away from carrots and bananas, unless you drink plenty of juice with them, they are constipating foods.

 *I* would just take a laxative but everyone else on here will tell you not to do that. Sorry, no advice.

Take a warm bath too, that can help get things moving. And usually you can take Colace to help, check with your Dr first of course but should help.
