So, for the past week on and off I've been getting really bad pains between my legs, up where the crack from your hip to leg is, lower back pain, plus pressure cramps. I'm 32 weeks pregnant today, is this normal? Any idea how to help the pain?

Sounds like baby is putting pressure on some nerves.Perfectly normal and to be expected as you get further along. You could bring it up to your OB/midwife and they could give you some tips to relieve it or google sciatic pain during pregnancy.

The pp is right. It's sciatica.

Sounds normal. I'm 37 weeks and have been dealing with that since then.

Stretching helps me a lot and if it's really bad I'll take a bath.

DH is also pretty good at massaging me when I ask. If your S/O will massage you tell them to work on your butt cheeks (top, bottom and middle) it can help with lower back pain.
