My dh got a job offer he was hoping for and I'm not happy...

I didn't argue and I haven't said anything about it because it's purely selfish that I don't want the job for him.  It's in a different state and I DON'T WANT TO MOVE. If we moved it would be better for my son because it's closer to my inlaws and he could see them more often.  I just never lived in a house though and I absolutely LOVE my home.

So, should I say anything or just get over it?

Get over it, especially if moving is better for your son.

The only thing keeping you there is a house? Get over it.

Well my DH just got picked up by a semi-pro basketball team that is local to us, but they send 90% of the players overseas. I don't want to move overseas and told DH that. I couldn't pretend I was excited about it.

You need to do your research and should have been already. You need to make sure this job will benefit you all financially. What is the area like near to job as far as living and schools.  Did you'll talk about this prior to him applying ?

yes.  I'm just scared of losing my dream house now that I have it.

yes. The pay would be the same and my son would go to a nice private school, so I assume it would be better.

Get over it. You may come to love your next home too, so think positive.
