ETA Anybody else thinking they might find Darren Wilson guilty just to "keep the peace"?

I am worried they might. :/

Ok I stand corrected. Not find him guilty but indict him just because they are trying to avoid the riots which are being threatened.

Well he would still get a trial. But I hope it doesnt even go that far. I wish they would just come out with it either  way though!!

I thought that might happen, but I honestly think that they will not charge him with anything. Which is a sad thing if it happens. I hope they look at the facts, not emotions, and do what's legally right.

They're not going to "find him guilty", because this isn't a trial. It's a decision on whether or not
to indict him.

Yes this afternoon they will announce their decision. I don't know the details of the case so I am not sure which way the trial will go.

To keep the peace?!
He ought to be indicted for his fictional account of how he felt justified in killing an 18 year old.

They can't, it's not a trial.
