It's not a verdict. They are deciding whether or not there's enough evidence to charge him, and if so, for what charges.

I thought they said a while back that no charges would be filed against the officer so why did it go to the grand jury to decide?

There will be no indictment.

IMO you do not shoot someone 4 times in the arm (before firing a kill shot) if you WANT to kill them.

Officer Wilson clearly tried to stop Michael Brown before, as a final resort, firing the shot that killed him.

Because they were rioting in MO. Because 3 people from the White House went to the funeral instead of going to any of the 279 deaths of police officers. How about them going to any of our military members funerals? Nope. Didn't think so.

No indictment that's probably the reason they are waiting until 8pm to say anything
