My 8 children and their cousins are first generation for my husband's family.

My mom is from Poland, so I guess I'm a half first generation American. Not really sure how that works though. 

My grandmother actually immigrated here quite a few years back and got her citizenship at 84. I thought that was pretty awesome. :)

I know a lot of military men that married a native of the overseas country they were stationed in. Thus, I know a lot of their children. Not sure of an exact number but considering we've been all over the world and I worked in military childcare, I would say a lot.

Several. We have a lot of Indian families in our neighborhood. A lot of the dads are doctors /researchers for a local company.
