I was told one you cant but cant remember the reason. How long do i need to wait?

Everything I found by googling says there is no reason not to. There was a study in the 90s that said it wasn't good, but they've disproved that.

Yes, of course, you can.

There was a bogus study that said working out releases toxins into your milk, but in all actuality, those toxins would be filtered through all of your bodily systems before making to your milk. Your child has more risk of being exposed to pollution than toxins in your milk.
