Since you ladies are sooo big on the proper fitting of car seats and booster seats, I have a question for you.
Should a midget be in a booster seat or something???

Watching Idiot Aboard with Warwick Davis, and I was just thinking because he is only 3'6" tall, should he be in a booster seat to sit properly in a vehicle in-case of a crash???

No. A little person's bones are fully developed.

I thought booster seats had to do more with proper placement of seat belts than bone development like an infant?

No. A little person's bones are fully developed.

Midget is an offensive term, just FYI.

Then why would say a 6yr old need a booster seat when their bones are developed and they are not half cartilage anymore?

Quoting AvantGardener:

No. A little person's bones are fully developed.

When a little person drives a car, they need all kinds of modifications. They need to be able to reach the pedals and such and I imagine they don't want the seat belt across their face. In the case of children in 5 point harnesses, it's because their bones are not fully developed. Also, a little person is an adult and doesn't need a safety advocate if they are of sound mind. They only need to follow their local laws.

I have 2 friends that are about 4'2 and it isn't offensive to them.

So then, would a little person need a car seat if riding in a Midget??? MG made a car called a Midget.
