I come home to this she even climb on my table I don't even know how she got the bowl off of the table and onto the floor. Ugh

Oh my goodness! Our dog kept getting into our trash so we bought one of those metal garbage cans with a lid, you press on the foot pedal to open it.
Well that worked for a while now we have to put a weight on top of the lid too.lol

Put the garbage and chairs up when you leave and give her a big bone to chew on to keep her busy. Or keep her in a crate.

This is one of those cases where crate training would be excellent.

My pup was crated while I was away until he was nearly a year old. Now, he can be left alone for 5+ hours, and not destroy anything but his toys.

It looks like your little furball has some separation anxiety, and love of messes. ;)

She was supposed to be in one. I guess my son Didn't put her in it this morning. I am going say something to him too.
