Ok so we are doing a 1969 inspired pot luck dinner for a Mommy meet up group I am in "Winter of love" themed. I am the youngest mom there (26) So obviously I was not alive then.

What are some recipies that were a HUGE hit in the 1960s?

I was born in 69. So I'm no help. But I guess Google could help with that.

Any type of casserole. Google 1960s food to get an idea.

I am a child of the 70s, but I assume all things jello, especially if you have a jello mold!
Or Cool Whip type salads, like ambrosia or watergate salad.
