a healthy meal planner? I have the worst time planning meals for my family and when I do I can't tell if they are truly healthy. Growing up my mother taught me nothing about nutrition so I am trying to learn as I go, but then I forget to meal plan and end up serving my kids the same things everyday for a few days straight. It is either takeout, pizza, or spaghetti usually. I found a website that has meal plans and will charge $58 to email me a shopping list, recipes, and meal plan. I just wonder if it is worth it to spend the money. Thoughts?

I've used a couple. I found it very helpful. I can do it on my own now thanks to those plans.

If you do it, you may want to check out Pepperplate.com. It's free and you can store the recipes you like in there. It makes meal planning really easy. You pick your recipes and it can automatically add the ingredients to the shopping list. You can even double triple halve third the recipes. That's how I do it now.
