Do you judge mom's who are poor and homeless ?

I don't judge them for their circumstance, but I may judge them for the decisions that brought them there, depending on the specifics.

Sometimes. It depends on why, how long and what they are doing about it and whether their kids needs are taken care of. One mom might be homeless due to an abusive SO and be doing everything she can to better her situation and make sure her kids are ok. The 2nd might be homeless due to drugs or alcohol and she might forget she has kids while high or on a binge. The 2nd I judge hard.

Nope!   Too busy working on how to help them get out of that predicament.

Addictions often make other people angry and unsympathetic, but the flip side is that there is always hope.

I just found out one of the worst addicts I ever met is clean and sober, working, attending AA.  He's been a mess for years.   

Miracles happen, but they happen where people put away their anger and find out how to make things better.

If they are homeless yes.

I've been so poor I had to ask neighbors if I could pick their fruit trees, I've never been homeless.
