Clear top coat nail polish. Just on the tooth chip and a very small amount.

Doesn't Canada have free healthcare?

Sinus medicine. It relaxes your sinuses which relaxes your jaw & the nerves. I know it sounds wacky, but someone on here suggested it to me a couple of years ago & it has been a life saver a couple of times.

Crushed cloves or clove oil works pretty well. If it's chipped where a nerve is exposed or something you can get some dental wax and cover it up, that should help quite a bit.

600mg of Ibuprofen + 500mg of Extra strength Tylenol taken together every 6 hours. A endodontist told me that it's just like Vicodin. I took this when I had dental surgery last year and had good pain control.

Toothpaste for sensitive teeth. I'm not sure what brands you have there but Sensodyne is good.
