Why did you let her have them to begin with, then?

Lol, the rat tree sounds cute. I used to have one rat who was free range. He lived in the bathroom. I forgot to tell my mom he was out when she came to visit..I only remembered when she screamed and came running out with her pants around her ankles. Lol!! I looked in the bathroom and there was my poor ratty, sitting on the back of the toilet, looking utterly confused as to why there was a crazy lady screaming in his 'room'. =P

What exactly is nasty? Do you consider cats and dogs nasty too?

The 2 she bought had babies before she could neuter the male. And it actually doesn't which is surprising

Cats and dogs are not rodents. Rats are disgusting, disease carrying vermin.
