Keep an eye on it.  If it gets above 103, take her to er

That's not really that high of a fever. I would put a cool wash cloth on her head and offer popsicles.

Just keep giving her Tylenol every 4 hours. If it goes to 103 or higher with medicine take her to the er.
You can also lay a cool wash cloth on her forehead.

I alternate Tylenol and Motrin and make sure it's keeping it down. I check his temp like a mad woman. And give him a kids cough suppressant if the cough keeps him awake. And Popsicles. He's 5 but close enough.

That's really not too bad. Tylenol and maybe a little honey for the cough.

My kids all had this a few days ago. Make her comfortable, lots of rest and liquids, children's motrin and put a cool washcloth on her head to help lower the fever faster.

You could try a tepid bath.

What cough suppressant do you use for a five-year-old?

That is really nothing and unless my child were otherwise uncomfortable, I would not give any thing to bring it down- just keep an eye on it. Make her chicken soup and let her lay on the sofa. Unless she is jumping around...
