So she has seriuosly discovered that Santa is NOT real! She recognized some of the gifts given by santa bought by me. To be honest I wasn't really trying this year. She will be nine next month and keeps asking. Despite the asking I think she wanted to continue to believe. Now I wish we had just let her believe another year. She did not have a good Christmas. Hell she was more mad about Santa not being real and didnt even care about the gifts.....

I know she is very creative loves the whole santa and elf thing. I think she is deeply heart broken :|

Aw, poor thing. I'm surprised she kept believing as long as she did though. That's a pretty good run for Santa.

She does know that little children in third world countries get nothing on Christmas right?  She might need a trip to a rescue mission where kids are sleeping on cots and waking up to a communal Christmas tree.....I call parenting fail.

well she asked last year and I wrote a long letter as santa last year regards to beliving what she wants and remembering family is the real focus of the season. It was even Featured by CM lol. But ya I mean I been slowly over the year trying to hint to her ya know not being blunt about it but just kina flowing whatever she wants.

I just think the longer it goes on the more mad they get ya know.....

Maybe now you can implement new traditions? I'm dreading when it's Ds.
