I don't make anyone leave at bedtime, we just tone it down a bit while she goes to sleep.

Nope. Our guests almost always stay well after the kids are in bed.

No, I just tell everyone that I am putting DD to bed and ask them to tone it down. I only get annoyed if everyone insists on being loud enough that DD can't go to sleep.

Nope.    Child just goes to bed as planned after excusing herself.  One year my guy had company while dd and I were both sick in bed.  I did not begrudge him time with his brother and sister in law.

No I don't expect people to cater to my children.

It's good for kids to get used to disruptions.

depends on occassion, birthdays or casual get together, go home. But holidays and celebrations no.
