We are at joes crab shack, and have been waiting for an hour for our food. People who have been seated after us have gotten their food already. And no its not busy here at all...


Is this the servers fault? I'm pretty angry! What's the hang up?

We got seated at 810, food just got here at 920!

I ordered a medium hamburger for pick up. They said it would take 15 minutes. It took almost 50. Why wouldn't you believe the OP?

So youve been sitting in a restaurant for well over an hour with your family, your food finally gets here.....and what do you do? Well of course get on cafemom.

It's probably not the server's fault. It sounds like there was a mix up in the kitchen (or they made your food wrong the first time and caught it before it was sent out). Is it busy?

Well it could be the servers fault if she/he forgot to put in the order. If not then it's the kitchens fault.
Don't automatically blame the server. I would try and find out. I was a waitress for over 12 years, sometimes we forget but usually it's the kitchen.
