In what states can you put a mobile home on private land rather than a park?

Particulary interested in the laws in VT/NH, Maine, upstate NY,Georgia, AL, FL, any of the gulf coast/Miss. river states.
Any of the south east/south Atlantic states Maryland or further south.

Please & thanks. Tried to find a list by state, but couldn't. And clicky links if possible, much appreciated.

:)

In my state you can put them on private land or in a park. You can do a permanent foundation or "blocks."  I'm in Kansas, same in Texas too.

In Arkansas you can put them on private land (although it's not very smart to live in one here, imo, because we have a lot of severe weather during tornado season).
