My feet and ankles are swollen bad. I'm afraid I'm going into congestive heart failure again. I did 10 years ago after having a baby. I have been on my feet a lot more thus week. No shortness of breath . Bp is normal using home machine so it could be wrong. I'm just really scared and trying not to have a panic attack.

Go get checked out, if you're wrong at least you'll calm your nerves, but if you're right you could save your life.

I'm not in the medical field, but what you describe sounds like something you should have checked out...

Ok, hon. Put your feet up and TRY to relax. Panicking is only going to make it worse. Take several deep breaths, listen to some soothing music, and just do everything you can to stay calm. Also, put ice on your feet and ankles while your feet are up. See if that takes down the swelling.
