I work in an office and am going to ultra part time.  3 days of 4 hour shifts.  Obviously I will have Sat. and Sun off since it is an office.  But i get to choose which other 2 days I have off.  Im thinking Mon. and Fri.

What would you choose and why?

I would do Tuesday and Thursday off. Never have to work more than 1 day in a row!

I would choose Mondays and Fridays, so then you have 4 days off in a row each week.

ETA to clarify, I mean I'd ask for mon and fri off.

I wouldn't want Mon and Fri because I like 3 day weekends for travel. I would do Mon, Wed and Thurs or Tues, Wed and Fri.

*Read that wrong. These are the days I would choose TO work.

I'd probably to Mon & Tues, if they let you do two in a row. Long weekend for me, but there on Fri to help catch everything up and get on track for the next week

Monday and Friday. Mondays are nice days to get things like shopping done without a lot of crowds. Fridays make the weekend even longer and if you have to do something early saturday, you can get ready the day before.

I would take Tues and Friday off. When its a Monday holiday you'll have it off plus Tuesday.

Thursday, Friday. A lot of places tend to be busier at the beginning or end of the week if you are thinking about using the days to run errands or visit museum type places.
