I know this is mean but......I'm so glad my sister in law didn't come to Christmas dinner.

She made a comment to me years ago that was NONE of her business and we haven't spoken since. She calls me all sorts of bitches behind my back.

This year DH really wanted to have his brother and his family over. I said okay and he invited them. The brother said he was coming then never showed. She refused to give DH an answer. I was glad but I know I'm bad.

Clearly my throat.

So she has two kids from a previous marriage as does brother in law.

They had two more. All of hers live with them. None of his do.

My DH has two from a previous marriage. I have two with him.

Both of out DH work in seasonal jobs so I carry the family.

She decides to make it her mission to keep pointing out that DH doesn't have his kids fill time. I told her to back off. She then starts talking major smack about DH ex.

When I cut her off she befriends DHs ex after trash talking her.

So my beef is this. Your step kids cannot live with you but you have major shade to throw on me? Done

So she just gets to say whatever to me and probe into our families business?

Nope. Fuck that. She doesn't have to mind her business but needs to stay the hell our of mine.

Some of you really love drama, and if done actually exists you create it.  Which is what you've done here.
STOP, please STOP.
