The one good thing about my husband being gone right now...

Is we can have the heater on above 70. We have it at 74 and it's nice and toasty in here. 😊 When hubs comes home tomorrow I'll make sure to turn it back down to 69-70 and the kids and I will bundle up in our sweaters and double socks. The hubs is used to it since he keeps the station cold so they stay climatized to the weather when they have to gear up for accidents and fires. I'll take freezing at home any day though because that means he's home safe. ❤️

I keep mine at 68 year round. 74 would be miserable for me =(

Ours stay at 70. Although this is the first time in 5 years I have lived somewhere where is actually gets cold, so that could change.

I hate the cold. I live in South Texas for a reason. I love the heat. I live for our summers here. I love the 9-10 months of 95+ degree weather.

I would die if it was 74 in my house... I like being kind of cold. better than being kind of too warm.

We keep ours at 68. 68-72 is proper for ambient temperature.

Why does he get to dictate the temp in the house?
