Pinata fillings?

I plan on having a pinata for my sons 4th birthday. I want to put candy as well as non candy items in the pinata. I'm having trouble thinking of anything good. It will be a ninja turtle birthday and the kids will range from 2 to 8.

I'd just go to the party store and pick up some packs of party toys. Slinky/clackers/what-have-you.

Buy a package of TMNT  masks and separate them and put in. TMNT stickers, rubber bracelets ?

You could do hot wheel cars, boucy balls might be a bit much for the two year olds but would be something the older kids might like.
