Well my fines due on 31st. I wrote a letter asking the judge to extend the time to pay it. If he says no tomorrow I guess I'm going to jail until next October! Fuck my life my babies due this summer

It's a lot and I had trouble finding a job where I live. I had to get a new I.d. also. I'm just hoping I get a little more time.

Around here, all you have to do is talk to the judge's Secretary and set up payment arrangements...they'll let you pay as little as $5/week...

I've always been able to get a payment plan for a ticket. That sucks that you couldn't.

Why not make payment arrangements? And why October?

For some reason in that town they won't do a payment plan for me. Im half way through probation but I can't get in any trouble with the law while I'm on it. It would be October unless the judge says less.

What the heck is the fine for that you'll do that long of a time in jail?
