I use Clinique but am feeling tight on money after the holidays. Do you like any particular face cleanser/ moisturizer? I usually use Cliniques toner too but don't know if that exists at drug stores...

Oil of Olay.  I love their products and am pretty loyal to them.  I've had positive changes to my skin since I started using them.

CVS makes a store brand of Oil of Olay's sensitive skin moisturizer with SPF. I ran out of the O of O and picked up the CVS to use and was pleasantly suprised. Really good stuff.

I used to use Aveeno or Olay. Now I use coconut oil.

Plain old cold cream, does the job of both. It saves my skin every winter. I'm going to make a batch of diy soon.

I only use water to wash my face, but I use Aveeno daily moisturizing lotion. I use the kind with sunscreen in the summer.

I use honey to cleanse, Witch Hazel as a toner and home made lotion using coconut oil, avocado oil, Argon oil and Shae butter. I warm the oils and steep fresh ginger and lemon zest.
The up front cost is high, but I won't have to replenish for about 6 months.
