Well it look like she is coming home today. Short notice something about the insurance feel she has met her maximum amount to stay. 2 weeks. I am happy to see my daughter. I just hope she got enough treatment. Everything sounds good when we speak on the phone.

I assume this is a follow up. Congrats on her coming home.

What were they able to do in such a short timeframe?

Are you the one in FL?

How is 2 weeks anywhere near enough time?

Something about insurance. They said insurance said she has met her maximum amount of stay. I had hell to get it covered

You ? The lady who cannot afford food and cannot work because of her daughter. Now you have to feed another person. What a conundrum.

That's a great idea. My DD did it every day for 3-5 hours per day for 9 mos. It did wonders for her and she has been great since then.

Good luck and congrats on her coming home. It's hard to be away from them, even when you know it is for their own good.

Is she in any sort of group programs? Hospitals and facilities in the area may offer them, and they'll provide a therapeutic environment for her for several hours a day.

Don't expect her to be "fixed." Mental illness is a long, hard road.
