Tonight I am making Chicken Pockets.
Take crescent rolls, load them with chicken and cheese. Roll them up, lay them in a casserole dish and cover with a sour cream/cream of chicken mixture. Then bake.

It is one of my husbands favorite meals that I make.

I find some of my best recipes on Pinterest.

I don't like repeating meals too frequently (my preference), so referencing my boards helps to spark ideas.

We are having french toast for dinner tonight. Tomorrow is chicken marinara with fettuccine alfredo.

This is my menu for this week....

Today: Chicken pot pie, salad, steamed broccoli

Thursday: Black eyed peas, collards, mac n cheese, and cornbread

Friday: Not sure yet...we might be out and about.

Saturday: Not sure...we might be out.

Sunday: Boston Butt made into pulled pork, slaw, baked beans

Monday: utlitize the leftover pork in something...

* We are waiting to hear from a "foster parent" for a dog to see if we can get her...this is why Friday and Saturday are up in the air as we have to travel an hour or more in traffic to meet her IF the foster ever contacts us. We've heard from one of the fosters, but not our first choice of dogs..*
