I may have prevented a tragedy last night.

Last night I was driving in my town.  I was behind a car that was driving all over the road.  She was going way over the yellow line, right in the line of oncoming traffic, then swerving back way over the white line.  She almost went into a ditch.

I called the local police's non-emergency number and explained.  We happened to be driving right toward the station and I stayed on the phone as we drove.  As we drove by the police station, I slowed down to let an officer pull out in front of me, therefore being behind the crazy driver.

Another officer pulled out behind me.

Later, the officer called needing my statement.  They made an arrest "driving under the influence"  She was hammered.

GO ME!!

As a mother, I was so scared she was going to swerve into some innocent family driving down the road. It could possibly be my family.

Be safe this New Year's Eve ladies!!

Good for you. People need to think before they do stupid shit like that. They think they are fine, but they aren't.

I've made that call, but never knew the outcome. I have no problems reporting crazy drivers. Get that asshole off the road!!

You probably saved either her or some innocent family.
