You can get insurance for her yourself and have it primary.

Just don't use it.  Pay for the doctors yourself or get her insurance on your own.

You can't have state insurance primary when private insurance is available.

Either get a job with insurance or suck it up. It's not YOUR insurance, it's for the benefit of your child.

You pay for a different private insurance. If she has state medical his will be first at all times.

BTW you can look up doctors and co-pays on the website for the insurance. You are also legally allowed access to the insurance number and such.

can yoi get medical from the county you live in? If its court ordered you probably have to go.through them. Why do YOU. have to call to know that stuff YOU should have a copy of the card and be told all that from the beginning.

If it is in the settlement he is required to carry insurance, you can't take her off.  Private insurance should always come before state supplied, why burden the system if one parent can afford to insure her?

simply don't use it, put her on your insurance and use it instead.

Tell her father what you've done - and he can continue the premiums or not
