To pick up your kids if he was a no-show?

My ex was supposed to pick Ds up for new yrs 20 min ago but he didn't show up. Ds is begging not to go so I'm not reminding him...

Remind him? No.

Call and verify it a few days in advance? Yes. Because i like to verify shit even if the person flakes.

No, I wouldn't.  If he can't remember, then it is his loss.

Just saw him yesterday so didn't think to verify. He's a grown man. Not like he needs someone to hold his hand

I would call to find out what was going on.     I would just let things be in this  situation, your child does not want to go anyways,  I would not be making plans for him to visit ex anytime in the near future.  Sounds like he is too irresponsible.

no, but he may just be running late in this case. pretty irresponsible not to call.
