He refuses to do my laundry

My BIL is staying with us and he brought his cat. He refuses to get the cat fixed because it's a pure bred something. Who cares, a cats a cat. He left my bedroom door open and the cat got into my room and finished on my faux fur blanket and sheets. I told BIL it's HIS problem. I told him to either hand wash the blanket or take it to the dry cleaners. He refuses to do either. Just two more weeks until he's gone.

sounds like your bil isn't much that far a head he needs to take responsibility for his cat or get rid of it. its not that hard to make it look like an accident

I'd tell him to wash it or pay for it or the cat goes now. If he doesn't want to clean up the cat's messes, then he doesn't need a cat.

He would be dropping my stuff at the dry cleaner today or he would be packing up his stuff.

Well the next step is to tell him and his cat to leave. What's to stop this from happening again??
