Which is more important, living in the (place/area/state) your immediate family desires to live in or living near your extended family (aunts, uncles, grandma, grandpa, etc)?

**immediate being spouse and children

**extended being everyone else including our parents (kids grandparents)

My immediate family. I love my aunts/uncles/cousins/grandma and am fortunate to live close by them but if it were to ever come down to it my mom, sister, and dad are more important to me.

Depends on the family.

Right now, living where we a find work is most important. After that, I'd choose within a couple hours of my parents.

My immediate family always takes first place over extended family.

neither. right now what is the most important is living where we can afford. a place with low cost of living and tons of jobs. we live in one state and all our family and friends are still back in our homestate. we can't afford to live there. its extremely high cost of living and there are no jobs. we have to live where we can survive.

We need to be where WE belong - meaning my immediate family.....not where our extended families belong.

I consider my Dad my immediate family. I'm not married. I won't ever move far away from my Dad b/c he helps me so much, especially with my kids. I rarely saw my grandparents,I want my kids to be able do anytime.
