To go to disney world. My kids will be 8, 7, 6 and 4 when we go. My mom is telling me its too young and to go when they are older. I want to do it when they are kids not teenagers that wont even enjoy it. They would just be on their damn phones and id be having more fun than they would lol

Not too young at all!  We've taken them as young as 18 months (which IS a bit too young).

3 moms liked this

my rule is don't take anyone who naps, needs a stroller or a diaper

Mine were 7 and 4 ( 1.5 months shy of 5)  when we took them...they loved it and remember it very well. My youngest still talks about it all the time.

I have a friend that has taken her kids multiple times a year since they were infants.

Not too young at all.

What? Those are the perfect ages to go. They will remember being there.

thats what i said. the only thing my mom agreed on is that it would make a nice christmas present. i want to take them for christmas in 2016 instead of presents. i think they would enjoy it a lot more than toys.

My kids were 6, 5 and 18 months the first time we went and they'll be 8, 7 and 3 when we go in March. I don't think it's too young at all. They had a blast the first time, even my youngest.

Not at all. Those sound like great ages. Just make sure you make a plan and make room for nap times. Look at some disney sites and get all the info you can. Disboards.com is a great one.

We took DS to Disneyland for his 5thbirthday and it was a great age. I didn't want to take him any sooner because I wanted him to be able to walk around on his own. I wasn't going to deal with a stroller and diapers at that place. Lol. We took breaks in the middle of the day to nap and then went back in the evening.

i think if you stick to the areas that are age appropriate you will have fun.
