Does anyone else get what I call "Period Poops"? I'm sorry its gross but I really want to know. It always seems as if my bowels are more active during my period.

Yes. Unfortunately they didn't go away after my hysterectomy either. I always know when I should be on it. Lol

Its very common. The hormonal changes tend to mess with your bowels.

It's your body's way of getting rid of excess water retention during that time.
