I got about 10 pounds on sale for $1.50 a pound.  Nice there are only two of us, most went into the freezer.  What is everyone's favorite way to prepare them?

My favorite way to prepare them is to have DH do it! ;)

I just can't grill them the way he does. I'll stick to preparing the sides lol.

I season them first. Then bake them in foil until tender. Then baste with bbq sauce and broil til they get a little char. They are delish.

LOL, you two are a huge help.  My go to is1/2 barbecue sauce, 1/2 fruit juice, cooked in the oven low and slow.  But since we're going to be eating them a lot in the next couple weeks, I'd like to change it up.

You can mix it up with different sauces or marinades. Hawaiian bbq or Asian or dry rub, etc. Same basic prep but different flavors.
