My dd just had a very traumatic poop after being constipated. Her bum hole looks different now.

Could she have hemrrhoids?

Yes. They can develop due to straining. Poor baby.

It seemed like parts of the poop were streaked with blood but it looked like an anal fisher. When i wiped her there was no blood.

Does anyone in your family have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome? Those with EDS can develop hemorrhoids, anal prolapse and anal fissures much easily due to weak collagen. Collagen is a protein that acts like glue to hold our tissues together. I'm not trying to scare you, just asking because EDS is not widely known about but can cause issues like this. I have EDS, hypermobility type. My mom was told I was just double jointed but it turned out to be EDS.
