Need cleaning advice. Intense cleaning issue.

This is my boys' bathroom.  They are boys.  They have bad aim.  They do not clean.  I know I should be on top of it more but I haven't and what's pictured below is what has resulted.  I need a method to clean it off.  I have sprayed it with Clorox bleach spray cleaner and scrubbed it with a scrub brush.  It doesn't come off.  It's on the toilet and it's on the tile floor.

Anyone have any advice on what I can use to get this off?  Please?

Agree...and let the CLR sit for a little while.

CLR and cleaning twice a day, maybe more. Can your husband help them with their aim? My son gets lazy and I have to remind him but I also make him clean it up!

After you get it off, you need to buy a tub of Clorox wipes to keep in that bathroom. Tell your boys if they miss they gotta clean it up-you will have to check daily for a bit but they will get into the routine. There is no excuse for that, my guy is 5 and I have had him clean his dribbles since he started standing up while peeling.

Oh my..doesn't that smell?!?

Anyways, get down with some brillo pads, lots of them, some soft scrub, gloves, and scrub the he'll out of it. Then keep some Clorox wipes in there at least to do a quick wipe up once a day so that never happens again.

If it's not even coming off of the toilet, it's probably rust rather than just urine.  The screws that keep the toilet seat on do rust.
